Being a fan of conserving resources and energy, I love this little jar. This jar has the potential; for those willing to make an effort, to save on the energy of producing jars. If this jar is made of toughened glass and they create the procedures for handling them; being open at both ends will make it easier to clean, it should do well. With the price of fuel soaring, hopefully the will to save will move in the same direction as the price of fuel.
